Hotel accommodation is recommended, but not mandatory for participation in the conference. Participants may choose other hotels, however the Organizer does not provide special prices in other hotels and does not give recommendations. The organizer is not responsible for the booking process. Participants independently book and pay for accommodation. In case of violation of the booking conditions, not checking into the hotel or late cancellation (less than 24 hours), the hotel applies to the participant the penalties stipulated in the booking conditions.
