1. Registration

Once you receive an email with your registration number, check the date and location, arrive at the site where our managers will register you and provide you with a badge.

2. Delegate bags

After registration, you will receive a conference brochure and Delegate Bag containing marketing materials from speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and other partners of conference.

3. Presentations

During the conference, Speakers will share their expertise with detailed presentations. Access to the presentations online after the conference by scanning the QR code on your Delegate's Bag.

4. Q&A Sessions

After every presentation you can engage in Q&A sessions directly ask all your questions and get detailed answers from the experts.

5. Exhibition Area

Explore our Exhibition area, the heart of the event, featuring stands from all Sponsors and Partners. Here, you can receive a consultation, ask additional questions and get access exclusive materials to boost your conference experience.

6. Networking

Visit the exhibition area anytime to network with 250+ delegates, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professionals in finance, real estate, law, and consultancy.

7. Lunch&Coffee Breaks

Throughout the day, enjoy continuous coffee breaks and lunch options available at your convenience. You can grab a coffee anytime during the event to keep yourself refreshed and energized.

  • B2B PARTICIPANTS

    Bosco Conference events, such as InvestPro are a networking platform that creates an opportunity for you to expand your contacts among professionals. At the event, you will be able to listen to Speakers from around the world, who are leaders in their fields, ask them questions, and discuss clients’ cases. Also, the exhibition runs in parallel with the speakers' presentations, which will alloow you to save time and communicate with other participants and exhibitors during presentations that you are not interested in.

    To get the maximum effect from participating in the B2B event, we recommend to use the option “inserting materials to participants’ bags”. This option will significantly simplify your meeting with a new agents or clients, as they will have your brochure with all important information about your company and services in the participant’s bag before your communication. These bags are given at the registration desk.

    We also recommend to plan your trip in such a way that you have time the next day after the conference to meet with the new contacts. Leaving the country immediately after the event can significantly reduce the effectiveness of new leads.

    During the day we have running coffee breaks, lunch, and farewell cocktail. Cocktail will be served after completing all the presentations. It usually lasts up to 2 hours.

    The most interesting and entertaining thing about our conference is Great Raffle. We always conduct it before the cocktail. All the delegates can participate in the Raffle, leaving the business card at the registration desk. Gifts can be very useful and high-priced, for instance, conference Sponsors provide their Certificates for free of charge services or it may be a weekend at the largest developer property, and, of course, a few Certificates from Bosco Conference for free participation in any of the events that the winner will choose.

    We select the hotels with the best facilities and services in the business areas of the cities where our conferences are held. This provides local participants with a quick access from their offices to the event. You can book restaurants in or near the hotels for personal meetings with new clients.

    We aim in making your participation at the conference useful, enjoyable, and the most effective for your business. Also we will be glad to receive your feedback or suggestions.

We ask you not to ignore our emails, as you will have the opportunity to correct the company name or participant name, which will be indicated on the Badge. We also ask you to print or save your Registration number in your phone, this will simplify the registration process and speed up access to the conference hall.

The exhibition runs in parallel with the speakers' presentations, which will allow you to save time and communicate with other participants and exhibitors during presentations that you are not interested in.

    Being a B2C delegate, you have an intention in attending this kind of conferences in order to expand partners in various fields in different countries that are your target market for import/export, investments, and to develop new markets for conducting your business, etc.

    To receive the most advantages from your participation, we suggest using the following tools:

    • register your representative, who is responsible for making decisions, to participate in the conference, because the conference is attended not only by top managers of the companies, but also by business owners, who will discuss issues at the highest level. The effectiveness of networking will be significantly reduced, if the representative from your company isn’t able to provide appropriate assistance to potential partners;
    • make sure that the delegate speaks English at a level of at least B2. If necessary, it makes sense to invite a translator or a colleague who can assist with the translation;
    • if you are looking for a partner/investor for a project, make sure that you have all the necessary documents and presentations with you. As other delegates attend the conference for the same purpose as you, you will have only 20-30 minutes for qualitative networking with them to communicate, get to know a person and the company he represents. Remember: sufficiency is the key to success;
    • we recommend to delegate at least 2 representatives to the conference, since the total audience is from 200 to 300 people, the effectiveness of networking by one delegate will be minimal;
    • the delegate at the conference can listen to presentations and write down the main points, as well as ask questions to the speakers. To simplify the communication process and avoid repetition of questions, we recommend to formulate your questions to the speakers in advance and submit them to the Moderator before the start of the conference, so you are guaranteed to receive answers to your questions;
    • the most important part of the event is the Exhibition, where are placed all Sponsors’ and Partners’ stands. There you can get consultations and receive more exclusive materials;
    • the conference delegate receives a Participant Materials Package at registration; inside of it you will find brochures from speakers, sponsors and other partners, which can be handed over to responsible colleague at the office;

    Dear newcomer, we are very pleased that you have chosen our conferences as a tool for lead generation and networking.

    Our conferences are held in two formats: B2B and B2C.

    B2B is distinguished by the fact that the audience of the event consists of professionals in the real estate, citizenship, investment, relocation markets, complex corporate solutions for business, financiers, and bankers. Main goals of such events are expanding of business interests, exchanging of experience, and solutions are found for complex client cases. The geography of participants in B2B conferences is global, that is, no matter in which country the conference is held, local participants make up no more than 50% of the audience, so such events give you the opportunity to cover almost all countries that have international business products, and not just local ones.

    At B2C conferences, the audience consists mainly of 70/30 clients, namely: TOP managers of large and medium-sized businesses, private investors, consultants, and private clients. Depending on the country where the conference is taking place, the majority of the audience is representatives of that country, approximately 75/25 local participants and foreign ones.
