Drawing upon our network, we support our portfolio companies by proactively soliciting large, growth-minded co-investors in subsequent rounds. Viktoriya is a Founder and President of ICLUB Global - a private investment club for angel investors created by TA Ventures. ICLUB gives an opportunity to make small-ticket investments in world successful technological companies, while benefiting from the partner-fund’s expertise and experience in VC. 15 clubs have been opened in Europe, Central Asia, Asia and the Middle East. ICLUB Global works in Poland, Switzerland, Singapore, Portugal, Azerbaijan, UAE, Austria, Uzbekistan, Spain, Great Britain, Monaco, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Ukraine. Plans for 2023 – to open 10+ new locations, in particular in several cities of the USA, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic, Canada, etc.
Viktoriya is also the founder of Wtech Global - business community for female tech CEOs. Today, Wtech has 5000+ members, with a goal – 50 000 members in 2025. 30+ chapters in 18 countries: Ukraine, The UK, Germany, Netherlands, USA, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, France, Spain, Austria, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Azerbaijan.
Viktoriya is the Chair of the Board of Ukrainian Startup Fund and a Member of the Committee for Innovative development of the Ukraine economy.
In 2022 Viktoriya co-founded OneUkraine, a charitable platform to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine and to set the foundation for Ukraine’s recovery.
Viktoriya is the Founder and the President of the Odesa International Film Festival - one of the largest publicly attended film festivals in Eastern Europe.
She is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Film Academy.
