Vadim joined ZEDRA in 2018 as Managing Director of the Zurich office and works currently as Managing Director of Zurich and Zug offices and as a Commercial Director of ZEDRA Liechtenstein.
Vadim advises portfolio of CIS and international clients regarding all their Swiss and international corporate structures and supports with his team in Zurich private clients with their questions regarding Trust structures and family foundations. Further, Vadim’s team supports the clients around all questions related to operational bank accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a director for a well-known corporate service provider in Zurich and was responsible for business development and a portfolio of international clients. Vadim has also worked as a corporate tax adviser for Deloitte in Zurich and KPMG in Frankfurt am Main.
He is fluent in German, Russian, English and Ukrainian. Vadim has a LLM degree in Swiss Tax Law and MAS in Global Management.
