Utsav is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of work experience. He started his career with Deloitte after which he moved to London, where he conducted analysis & valuation of projects to ensure the safety of investor’s money. His core areas of focus are Due-Diligence & Audit of EB-5 Projects, FEMA / RBI Compliances, Indo-US Tax structuring, & accounting for documents apropos sources of funds.
Utsav is a Rotarian and an active volunteer at Isha Foundation. Apart from volunteering, he enjoys Golf and practises yoga during his spare time.
Qualifications: B.Com (State Merits), CA (National Scholar), CFE (USA), DISA, AML, Certified for Forensic & Fraud Detection, Certified for Forex & Treasury, Certified to conduct Concurrent Audit of Banks.
