Senior manager, with 25 years of experience in financial, consulting, banking and real estate areas. Held company director roles at leading international projects in Western and Eastern Europe. Ulugbek was responsible for developing strong relationships with financial institutions in 22 countries. He was the founding member and the first President of the CFA Society Portugal from 2013 to 2019.
In 1990, Ulugbek was one of the first students to participate in the Seattle – Tashkent sister city exchange program, at the Northwest School in Seattle. From 1991 to 1993 Ulugbek studied at the Armand Hammer United World College, in New Mexico, with 200 students from 70 countries.
In 1993 Ulugbek has moved to Portugal, graduated from the European University in 1997, with a 3.70 GPA (Magna Cum Laude). In 2009, Ulugbek has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and received the CFA certificate. Ulugbek speaks English, Uzbek, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian.
