Tural Hajiyev

Tural is a Partner at Risk Advisory with more than 20 years of experience. He joined Deloitte in 2003 and specialized in corporate governance, organizational design and risk management, organizational and operational efficiency engagements. His clients include Large state owned Companies, Holdings and Private Equity Companies, Universal Banks, Insurance companies, etc.

Tural participates in several professional associations, and working groups, being the co-founder of the Azerbaijan Ethics and Compliance Network, contributor to publications in Azerbaijan Risk Professionals Associations, led ICT committee of American Chamber of

Commerce in Azerbaijan in 2013 2015, etc. In recent years Tural led 60+ business transformation projects in Azerbaijan including the target operating model definition for a number of Holding Companies and Family offices, Corporate and organizational structure optimization, technical platform definition and software selection for public and private companies.

Tural also conducted Institutional Diagnosis and assessment projects (Operational, Business, HR and Financial aspects) for M&A transactions and outsourcing projects, as well as assisted in designing Target models in post merger transformation activities (including transformation of corporate structure, operational and governance transformation) as part of post merger implementation roadmap.
