Tilesh Rathod is Chief Development Officer (CDO) of Pulse Resorts Group of Companies in Maldives, focusing on the expansion and business development of Pulse Hotels & Resorts, particularly on the Development, Sales and Marketing of New Ultra-Luxury Residential projects in Maldives and globally. Tilesh is also jointly CEO of Elements Hospitality Services & Consulting, a strategic hotel and property development, strategic advisory marketing and hotel management consulting and advisory company. Prior to these roles, he was part owner, CFO and CDO of a premium luxury operator, Per AQUUM Retreats and Resorts.
Having an established career of over 30 years, he has also held regional corporate leadership positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Hilton Hotels Corporation in Asia-Pacific, Tilesh has harnessed skills and experiences in property developments and technical advisory, sales and marketing strategic advisory and implementation, strategic re-structuring of operation resources and management team, hotel investment opportunities with strategic evaluation and market research services. He is also highly experienced in hotel asset management, hotel operator and owner relationship management.
