Founder and CEO of Genero Capital with 30 years of diverse experience across Financial Services, Corporate Finance, Private Equity and many other sectors with a focus on SMEs across the MENA region.
Before establishing Genero, Mr. Bazzari was the Group CEO of Rasmala Investment Bank, with 230 team members, offices in the UAE, Saudi, Egypt and Oman and USD 1.3 Billion under management. He previously worked at Dubai Financial Market and Ernst & Young in the UAE, and Deloitte in Canada and Cayman.
Mr. Bazzari is currently a member of the Investment Committees of Dubai Angel Investors and serves as a board member in several portfolio companies.
Mr. Bazzari holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from McGill University and a Graduate Degree in Accounting from Concordia University, Canada. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
