Kratochwill, LL.M., is an Austrian tax adviser, entrepreneur and project manager with more than 25 years of experience across tax, structured finance, real estate and international business. He is the Founder and Managing Director of MAX Solutions GmbH and has led the Vienna tax advisory practice steuerexperten.at since 2002.
He supports international entrepreneurs, investors and families with business structuring, company formation, investment projects and market entry in Austria, combining tax and business expertise with practical implementation. His earlier career includes positions at TPA Treuhand Partner Austria, Bank Austria Leasing, Kommunalkredit Austria and Raiffeisen Evolution, with project experience throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
