Dual Qualified English and Russian lawyer, Olga studied for her English law qualification with BPP University College in London. Olga is a Solicitor of the Higher Courts of England & Wales, holds LL.M. in Professional Legal Practice awarded by BPP University College in London, and is a Full Member (TEP) of STEP. Olga has more than twenty years of international legal advisory experience and specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, trusts and succession planning.
