Oksana Kochmarska

Oksana Kochmarska is a business consultant with 20 years of experience in finance for Fortune 500 companies.

She has 18 years of experience in operational management, strategic planning and business development, including the position of Tax and Legal Department Director at KPMG Ukraine, and for 8 years she was the head of the office of the international company Accountor Group in Ukraine.

Oksana is the founder of the international consulting company Accounting HUB, which provides a wide range of services in accounting outsourcing, tax consulting, financial management, payroll outsourcing, HR administration, and recruiting financial staff.

Oksana is educated in MBA Executive/Edinburg Business School, Corporate Governance (UCGA/INSEAD) and Service Export Program/Marketing Institute, Estonia. She is a certified consultant in finances, taxation and management accounting, and she has CAP and ACCA certifications. 

Oksana has achieved outstanding results in team management, operations management and efficiency, as well as in sales and marketing, business development and client satisfaction in the field of accounting services, consulting and legal services, which is confirmed by internal and external independent surveys and ISO certifications.

Today she is a tutor of the MBA Program at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University and a speaker, mentor and Board member in various international business organizations.
