Nursultan is a manager (senior lawyer) in the legal department of PwC Kazakhstan. Nursultan specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract, investment and labour law. Nursultan advises multinational, foreign and Kazakhstan companies involved in production, retail, subsoil use, transportation, construction and telecommunications on various issues of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract, investment and labor law.
