Neeraj is currently engaged within the luxury hospitality sector for one of the largest privately owned Maldivian group 'Pulse Hotels & Resorts' with multiple hospitality offerings including resorts, aviation and now extensive involved in the luxury real estate offering holding the position of Director of Marketing, Communication and PR – Kandima Maldives & The Coral Residences at the group level while also spearheading the international marketing for the groups privately owned aviation venture Manta Air . Pulse is a group known for its innovative hospitality offerings in the Maldives. Previously headed Consumer Tech marketing & also a Beauty Start-up venture in the ME. Apart from the current accomplishments, Neeraj has worked as a Regional Brand Director -for Middle East & Africa at Huawei Consumer Business Group with additional responsibility for heading UAE as Head of Marketing. Moved from, HTC EMEA as Head of Marketing for MEA operations. Major roles highlights are brand & product marketing strategies across MEA across all marketing functions. Implementation of strategies along with the team with special emphasis on Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iran, Nigeria & RSA. All current strategies have an extensive digital media planning involved. I was heading the entire digital strategy including ecommerce and htc.com MEA. Past experiences include Samsung MEA Headquarters as a Marketing Manager- Mobile Phones for MEA including Levant & Pakistan, reported by 11 branches, 2 subsidiaries.
With an experience of a total 22+ years in marketing. I am currently based in Dubai (UAE) and the Maldives, with 5 years in the Maldives , 16 years of experience in MEA and spent my first 1.5 years in North Africa (Egypt) with CID (ECCO PR, London) in their communications & consulting Division overlooking PR & communication strategies for XEROX and other social sector clients.
In the last decade of holding senior management positions, Neeraj has been recognised with multiple industry awards & nominations like the winner of the President’s Award for EMEA - HTC corporation, Best GCC top 100 Marketer, Most Influential marketing leaders by the Mobile World Congress to name a few.
