Natalia Zagumennykh is the СEO of ZNV Consult and a certified tax consultant of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Russian Federation.
Currently, Natalia is writing a dissertation work comparing the tax systems of Portugal and Russia for business entities. Moreover, she is a regular participant in specialized conferences on immigration support, international taxation.
Natalia has three higher educations, of which two are specialized (higher university economics of the Russian Federation, specializing in economist, auditor; master of tax law in Portugal), as well as one university non-core, specializing in biology.
