CorpLex is a trusted corporate services provider in UAE, supported by legal experts and business consultants, offering international clients tailored solutions in company formation, corporate structuring, relocations, estate planning, banking support, and accounting and tax services. POA.ae is a leading provider of document legalization and government relations services, offering online notarization, attestation, document clearing, and representation across various governmental departments.
Mirazizbek graduated from the faculty of International Business Law at American University in Central Asia, one of the top-tier universities in Central Asia.
He started his career in Dubai in 2010 as a business consultant at DBA Business Advisors (currently Adam Consulting). Later he shifted to an advocacy firm Al Haddad & Associates Advocates and Legal Consultants as a Legal Consultant to lead the corporate and commercial law services department. In 2014, he transitioned to private practice and founded a company called MimoLegal, which was later rebranded as CorpLex. Mirazizbek also serves as an off-counsel at Dr. Mohamed Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants law firm, where he assists the firm’s clients with corporate law matters.
