Michael Lane is a Swiss Lawyer and Managing Partner of SWISS GROUP’s legal advisory firm Swiss Group Legal Ltd, DFSA authorized compliance officer, DIFC Will draftsman and a board member of the Swiss Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates. Before his engagement in the United Arab Emirates, he worked for a Swiss corporate law firm and acquired a solid experience and profound knowledge of more than 10 years in international law for the company’s individual and corporate, mostly European and local clients. Being a registered Will Draftsman with the DIFC Wills Service, having registered Abu Dhabi and Dubai Wills, he advises clients on inheritance matters and how to protect the assets in all seven Emirates, offering a highly appreciated service considering the international context of the clients’ assets.
