Kinga Rochalska-Sasin specialises in matters related to the implementation of the construction process and public procurement law, with particular emphasis on public works contracts. She advises on projects involving EU funds.
She participates in construction process projects from the concept phase to the implementation phase of the investment. She also deals with litigation, among others, related to defects in construction works and acquisition of rights to real estate. Kinga has extensive experience in matters relating to commercial leases, leases and perpetual usufruct rights, in particular the transformation of perpetual usufruct into ownership.
As part of her public procurement practice, she provides comprehensive legal services aimed at effective and efficient obtaining and awarding of public contracts. She prepares and analyses contracting documentation, assists contracting authorities and contractors in contractual procedures, and handles appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and common courts. Kinga conducts proceedings of entities benefiting from EU funds, in particular, she prepares enquiries in accordance with the principle of competitiveness and supports beneficiaries in proceedings concerning reimbursement of financing.
She has extensive experience in alternative forms of dispute resolution, in particular in negotiating court and out-of-court settlements, as well as in arbitration.
