2000-current Founder and director trust / accounting office (Erez Trust Management) Erez management was founded in 2000 and provides consultancy, management, trust, financial accounting, tax and administrative services for Dutch and International companies. Erez possesses a wealth of experience in several countries in Eastern and Western Europe, USA and Asia. The company consists of a highly motivated team of sixteen people. Erez Management also focuses on managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail properties in The Netherlands and Germany.
1998-2000: Senior accountant trust office Senior accountant at one of the largest trust companies in the Netherlands with several offices abroad. My responsibilities consisted mainly of managing companies for international enterprises. The main focus areas included the United Kingdom, France and Eastern Europe. Furthermore, I was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and the Credit Committee for their branch in London of a large American bank for their European business during this period.
1989-1997 Partner middle size accounting office Partner of a medium sized accounting office in The Netherlands. My responsibility as partner consisted mainly of acquisition and relationship maintenance of the larger clients. In the period 1991-1995 the office doubled its size with respect to the turnover and employees.
My activities for clients during this period consisted of the internal reorganization of a big hospital, advising with respect to establishing an organization of a factory for an English client in Poland, as well as supervising the fiscal and organizing aspects of an offshore company in the UK and Ireland (Oil Industry).
1974-1989 Accountant (Ernst & Young) My career started at Ernst & Young in 1974. I worked for several offices of Ernst & Young in The Netherlands, Belgium (Brussels) and UK (London). My clients consisted of hospitals, insurance companies, production companies, trade companies and contracting companies. My activities within Ernst & Young consisted of amongst others the audit practice and the international advice practice.
Furthermore during my Ernst & Young period I was active for about three years at the Joint Venture between Ernst & Young, Bereschot (organizational advisors) and Duthil" (law offices) as interim director for the reorganization of companies which entered in a financial crises.
