George is our founder and chairman. He focuses on our growth and development for 25 years now. He has been advising private and corporate clients originating from all over the world. George is particularly active in advising multinationals on large-scale projects, strategy and risk management, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and international tax planning. He frequently advises large and smaller clients to restructure, rationalize and optimise resources and profits. He has written numerous articles on professional issues especially regarding tax planning opportunities and the advantageous use of double tax treaties. George is a Chartered Accountant having qualified in London and holds an honours degree from the London School of Economics. He is also actively involved with professional institutes.
