Boris Foxman is a passionate entrepreneur and dedicated advisor with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals and businesses thrive. What began as a one-man accounting practice has grown under his leadership into a successful firm of 30 professionals, offering comprehensive services in accounting, payroll, tax planning, and financial advisory across three locations in the Greater Washington Area.
Known for his vision, tireless energy, and keen attention to detail, Boris is recognized for crafting unconventional solutions and empowering those around him. His personal journey in launching and acquiring businesses allows him to guide fellow entrepreneurs through challenges with clarity and focus. His expertise is especially deep in retirement planning, organizational plan design, and risk management for executives and companies.
In addition to running the firm, Boris enjoys engaging directly with clients—whether in strategic planning sessions or by sharing his perspectives on market dynamics. He is consistently praised for his strong ethics, transparent communication style, and client-centered approach.
Boris is also the founder of Foxman Asset Advisors Inc, a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. Previously, he served as an independent financial advisor affiliated with Avantax Wealth Management (formerly HD Vest Financial Services).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Robotics with a minor in Accounting, and he has completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) program through the College for Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Boris enjoys quality time with his wife, Alla, and their two sons, Alec and Jacob. He is an avid art collector and passionate about sports—especially tennis and skiing.
