Antonios Gennaios Pettas is Co-founder and CEO of PHILOS, active in residential development, Golden Visa–oriented projects, and cross-border real estate structuring.
As CEO of PHILOS, he defines the company’s investment strategy, evaluates new development opportunities, and leads capital allocation decisions. He oversees the structuring and execution of projects, while also leading deal sourcing, acquisitions, and investors and partners relations. His work centers on developing efficient, investment-grade residential assets aligned with international investor demand.
He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Early in his career, he was involved in large-scale infrastructure projects with major technical companies, including port developments, offshore works, and coastal engineering projects, gaining exposure to complex, capital-intensive environments. He later worked on residential and hospitality developments, covering technical execution and project delivery.
Through PHILOS’ own operations, he has built direct experience in property and hospitality management, combining technical rigor with operational control and financial performance.
