Anna Pushkaryova has significant experience of advising clients on complex tax issues, including international tax and corporate structuring with the use of foreign jurisdictions, corporate restructuring. Anna is also experienced in negotiating complex transactional documentation and drafting contracts in international financing projects, representing clients` interests in a wide range of M&A transactions, including those related to the sale and purchase of banks and financial institutions, as well as banks` reorganization. She is a licensed attorney since 2007, Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and Attorneys` Association of Ukraine.
