Mr. Blatov has been heading Consulco’s Moscow operations since November 2019. He is responsible for coverage of banks, asset managers and private clients out of Russia. Prior to Consulco, Mr. Blatov was head of financial institutions coverage at UBS and in charge of Eurobond issuance for Russian clients. Graduated from the Moscow University of international relations and speaks Russian, English and French. Alexey has diverse financial markets experience, a strong professional network and in depth understanding of investment products.
