Adam Morawski is a Polish multilingual lawyer with international background. In 2006 he founded Morawski & Partners Law Firm and ever since has acted both as a promoter of foreign investment into Poland and as an adviser for domestic and international businesses expanding worldwide.
Adam has assisted large international corporate businesses, as well as SMEs and high net worth individuals.
He provides strategic advice, working mainly with Board Directors or acting as lead counsel for international projects; in 2018 he kept under his umbrella legal teams in 54 jurisdictions, coordinating a fintech project.
Adam takes an active part in negotiations and advises on all kinds of investment projects and transactions, including for fintech startups, as well as on financial services regulations, project development & finance, contracts, real estate law and development & construction procedures. Within the above areas he also represents Clients in court and arbitral proceedings.
Adam’s particular area of interest and expertise is in the field of negotiations, within which he has developed exceptional experience in strategic planning and negotiation techniques, proof of which is the completion of training within the Program on Negotiation for Executives, conducted in 2016 by Harvard University.
He holds degrees in Polish, French and EU law and gained his experience in international law firms, such as Baker & McKenzie or Gide Loyrette Nouel (in Paris). He held positions on various corporate entities, e.g. served as the Government’s representative on the Supervisory Board of Metronex SA; currently he serves as the Chairman of the Sight for Tomorrow Foundation, a charity whose main purpose is to help children with visual defects.
