TFZ - Overview and Benefits
Operational since 2016, TFZ is the only Tax-free Zone located in Tbilisi. We are the most intensive and populated Free Zone in Georgia with over 190 registered companies from different business sectors. TFZ gives an excellent opportunity to local and foreign companies to develop and expand company’s reach in a unique business environment, reflected in modern industrial & warehousing facilities, cost-effective operations and immediate access to 80% of the skilled labor pool of Georgia.

Tax-Free Environment
TFZ offers companies 100% permanent exemption from all corporate taxes. Dividends can be withdrawn in cash or by bank transfer to the owner's account at any time.
As you are probably aware, Georgia has free trade agreements with EU, Turkey, China and Commonwealth of Independent States that allows our license holders processing companies to benefit from quota-free and tax-free trade with these destination markets. We are pleased to confirm that Georgia is in negotiations on same arrangements with USA and UAE.

Buildings and Land Plots for Lease
One of the key beneficial components of TFZ is its modern infrastructure and upscale services. Under our administration we have decided to pioneer “Plug-in & Play” Free Zone management model for all our clients which means that we build, connect, equip and hand over our facilities in accordance to our clients’ needs and go an extra mile to help out with legal, accounting and banking support, construction & renovation services, certificate of origin obtaining support, as well as business and employee reallocation services. Those clients who opt to do on their own, are free to lease free zone land at most competitive prices in the region.
