Our investments focus on traditional, medium-sized companies that have a clear USP and are based in Germany.
We prefer to mainly invest in the drinks, media, luxury goods and automotive industries. In addition to the capital we bring an extencive experience together with our Know-How and a broad network to the table.
The average revenue of our target companies is between 2 and 7 million euros and can be up to around 50 million euros.
OZ | CAPITAL is independently financed by the sole shareholder, Olaf Zachert, cooperating family offices and private investors. Investments can be made for the short-term and held for the long-term, with no exit pressure.
