Kimpton Kawana Bay is a stunning new beachfront 5-star resort development on Grand Anse Beach, Grenada, in the Caribbean.
It is a government-approved Citizenship by Investment (CBI) project, which provides investors with Grenadian citizenship, which brings visa-free access to over 140 countries including the EU Schengen area, the UK, China, Singapore and Russia.
Grenada is also the only country in the Caribbean with a CBI programme and an E-2 Investor Visa treaty with the USA. Citizens can apply for an E-2 visa and, if granted, start a business in the USA and live there with their families.
Grenada has source-based taxation: tax residents are not subject to Grenadian tax on their worldwide income, wealth, gift, inheritance or capital gains.
Suites and studios are now for sale as title deeded condominiums from US$220,000.
The resort will be operated by Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), one of the largest hospitality companies in the world.
