In 2015, Dubai South decided to develop a Dubai Free-Port based on the success of the Geneva Free-Ports.
Dubai South has selected Athena to develop the project in 2 phases on 17,000 sqm plots adjacent to the VIP Terminal of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub in Dubai World Central. The first “Supervault” in the middle east was launched.

- 3,500 sqm art storage rooms equipped with the latest temperature/humidity and fire suppression systems;
