TaxPro - Donetsk is B2C conference. Business owners and senior level managers (decision makers) from big and middle sized Ukrainian and CIS companies are invited to participate on the complimentary basis.

Free of charge participation is available to the companies of the real sector of economy: agricultural, trade, construction, industrial, manufacturing, mining, metallurgical, energy and pharmaceutical companies.

Previous conference in Donetsk which took place on April 26, 2012 was attended by 176 delegates, and 140 of them represented Ukrainian companies.

TaxPro – Donetsk 2013 is expected to bring together more than 200 delegates from 30 countries, including professionals in the fields of international tax planning and corporate structures, advisers, auditors and bankers from Europe, Asia, Middle East, etc. as well as representatives of big and medium sized companies from Ukraine and CIS.

Donetsk is the center of Ukrainian heavy industry. Donetsk's economy consists of about 200 big industrial organizations that have a total production output of more than 50 billion hryvnias per year and more than 20,000 medium-small sized organizations.

The representatives of the Ukrainian and the CIS companies which specialize mainly in the registration and maintenance of the non-resident companies and also, in the providing the associated consulting services. Banks, offices of the foreign banks and financial companies in Ukraine and also, foreign banks, audit, consulting companies and law firms from Europe and other counties. 200 Euro

* Registration will be confirmed by the organizer only after the application form is filled out.

** The organizer leaves the right to reject the registration of the applicants who do not correspond to the conference audience criteria.

The participant package fee covers the attendance of the full day of the conference, conference materials, breaks, lunch, and the post-event (cocktail). The participant package fee does not cover travel and hotel accommodation expenses. Cancellation policy: cancellation in 1 month - 50% of fee is refundable, less than 1 month – fee is non-refundable, non-show on the conference - fee is non-refundable.


The conference working languages are Russian and English. The simultaneous translation of the speeches will be provided during the conference day.

Disclaimer: Accommodation in the Hotel is recommended but not obligatory condition to participate in the conference. The participants are free to choose another hotel, however the Organizer will neither provide special rates, nor recommend another hotels. The Organizer doesn't undertake any responsibility for reservation process. The participants make reservations and settle payment themselves. Should reservation conditions be violated (i.e. non-show or late cancellation less than 24 hours), the Hotel will set the fines on the Participant according to the conditions of reservation.
