* Registration is valid only after the official confirmation of your participation. We recommend planning your trip (hotel reservation, visa, air tickets booking) only after receiving the official confirmation of your participation from the organizers of the conference!
Payment is settled in Euro or Ukrainian Gryvnya according to the rate on the date of issue of the invoice. In case of cancellation of registration 1 month prior to the event 50% of participation fee is refundable, 2 weeks prior to the conference date the fee is non-refundable.
The fee covers: the package of materials, consultations, coffee-breaks, lunch and cocktail.
The fee does not cover hotel accommodation and travel expenses.
