Thanos Niforos is a strategic investment advisor with extensive experience in investment banking, private and development capital, and economic diplomacy. He has served at MIDLAND BANK Plc, National Investment Bank for Industrial Development S.A., MARFIN Group and for the EDN program of U.S. Development Bank OPIC and worked in wealth management at the National Bank of Greece and Société Générale. His career spans Athens, London, New York and Chile, covering corporate and project finance, IPOs, SPACs, valuations, and renewable energy financing across multiple regions. As founder of ACACIA Investor Relations (AIR), he focuses on financial engineering and business development for spin-offs, start-ups, and SMEs. He also serves as coordinator for Bilateral Chambers of Commerce under Greece’s Secretariat for Productive Sectors & Entrepreneurship of New Democracy Party and as an Expert Advisor to the European Commission.
