Anton Ionov

Anton is the Managing Partner of Phoenix Partners and has over 25 years of professional experience in providing tax services to private Clients. For more than 15 years, Anton was a Partner and the head of the Private Client Services practice at the Ernst & Young, where he led complex advisory projects for high-net-worth individuals and international business owners. He is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent Clients before US tax authorities and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

He has extensive expertise in managing complex U.S. taxation projects, including the structuring of companies in various legal forms such as trusts, passive companies, controlled corporations, and partnerships, as well as in M&A structuring and business restructuring for private Clients. His deep practical experience enables him to design efficient, compliant, and sustainable international tax and business structures for Clients.
