Sam Noshadha

Mr. Noshadha has market-leading experience of handling the most sophisticated arbitration cases in various capacities including serving as party nominated arbitrator in ad hoc and administered arbitration proceedings, sole arbitrator, the chairman of the arbitral tribunal, and a legal advisor to a party. Mr. Noshadha is a chartered transcontinental arbitrator, arbitrator at the London Court of International Arbitration, Arbitrator at the BANI Arbitration Centre (Indonesia), Arbitrator for the Vakeel International Arbitration and Mediation Center (India) and also experienced arbitrator and representative of parties in different International Commercial, Investment and Sport Arbitrations which gives Mr. Noshadha an unprecedented insight into the proceedings of arbitration institutions of foreign jurisdictions.

Mr. Noshadha’s extensive experience in international trade law, investment law and sport law includes developing and negotiating contracts, handling complex finance transactions, advising on the applications of WTO laws, and acting for parties due diligence. Mr. Noshadha experienced at the UICA, AAA, ICSID, ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, VIAC, SIAC, WTO, CIETAC, CAS, BANI rules, and Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.

He is an arbitrator specialized in agriculture, investment, energy and resources, sport, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and metallurgy industries.
