Roger Frick

Roger Frick joined Allgemeines Treuunternehmen (ATU) in August 1995. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of ATU since 2000. Since 2004 Mr. Frick has been a member of the Board of Trustees of ATU and has been active as a licensed trustee and licensed auditor CPA. Mr. Frick also was a lecturer at the University of Liechtenstein for accounting until 2003; He is a member of different Liechtenstein working groups, namely for the implementation of the Liechtenstein due diligence law, foundation law as well as of the working group on tax information exchange agreements and double tax treaties. He was the president of the Liechtenstein Institute of Professional Trustees and Fiduciaries until May 2015, a public interest association in which all the Liechtenstein trustees have to be members according to the Liechtenstein law on trustees. Mr. Frick is also member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
