Mr. Zachariades boasts 35+ years of experience in investments, financial markets, valuations, project appraisals, real estate, and business management. With an MBA from Manchester Business School, he managed Executive Development Courses at Cyprus International Institute of Management and later served as General Manager of Mega Express. Co-founding Parma Brokerage and Parma Financial Services, he led the share listing process on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Awarded the Century 21 real estate franchise in 2005, he founded 21 Property Finder Ltd in 2011, now one of Cyprus's largest real estate offices.
Mr. Zachariades is also a licensed real estate broker, skilled in internet programming and CRM development. His real estate office is the first to offer official training, online exams, and electronic signatures.
