Nils Kalns is the Head of Henley & Partners office in Riga, Latvia. Mr. Kalns has more than 10 years’ experience working in business development, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining Henley & Partners, he was Head of Marketing at Severstal, Baltic International Bank, and Latvijas Pasta Banka. In 2011, Mr. Kalns founded his own marketing agency, MarkeThink Agency, which is currently collaborating with the Italian embassy in Latvia and several regional and international brands.
