Javad Abdullaev is a consultant with a demonstrated history of success in providing tax and legal advice to international companies across various industries. He has expertise in corporate taxation, tax structuring, M&A transactions, due diligence, and international tax planning. Javad has a proven track record in Big Four firms (PwC, Ernst & Young) and a leading Central Asian law firm (Centil). He is currently serving as Director of Tax & Legal Services at Advizen Consulting, overseeing a broad portfolio of tax and legal advisory projects. Javad holds a Staatsexamen in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Hamburg and a BA in Business Economics from Bangor University. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of British Columbia. Javad is fluent in English, German, Russian, and Uzbek.
