Igor Molder

Igor is the CEO of Capital Mill which he founded with partners in 2008. Currently he is responsible for the overall strategic planning and high level client and banking relationships. His investment-related career
began in 2001 at Hansabank, the largest bank in the Baltics. In 2003 he was promoted to investment director of the bank’s private wealth management
department. As part of his investment director duties, he was a member of the bank’s private wealth management and asset management (Hansa Investment Funds) investment committees. Starting in 2005, he was also named the board member of Arco Baltic Real Estate Fund, one of the largest real estate investment funds in the Baltics.
