Molka Sfar is Director of Strategic Advisory, Growth and Expansion at ECONOMIQ, where she leads the firm's international growth agenda and works directly with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs and institutional clients seeking a credible European base for residency, structuring and wealth administration. Her role combines direct client engagement with the development of the firm's international network, building the strategic partnerships, referral channels and institutional relationships through which high-level mandates are brought into ECONOMIQ's regulated Malta-based platform. She operates across Europe, the Gulf, North Africa, Türkiye and the CIS region, overseeing client engagement, stakeholder negotiation and cross-border coordination, and plays a central role in reinforcing ECONOMIQ's position as a trusted and discreet partner for international intermediaries, private bankers, legal counsel and family office principals.
She brings to this role more than a decade of international leadership across Europe and the MENA region, with senior positions spanning luxury, private aviation, yachting, technology and mobility, where she led international expansion, market entry and commercial strategy for high-growth ventures operating in complex regulated environments. Of Tunisian origin and having lived across nine countries, Molka holds a degree in Diplomatic Studies from the Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) at the University of Malta, giving her a diplomatic foundation and cross-cultural fluency that underpin her work across high-stakes international engagements. She was named International Businesswoman of the Year 2025 in recognition of her contribution to cross-border expansion and international leadership, and she writes on global mobility, residency and the shifting wealth map through her LinkedIn newsletter Borders & Wealth, followed by advisors, family office principals and private bankers across Europe, the Gulf and Asia. She operates in English, French, Italian and Arabic, giving her direct reach across the firm's core target markets.
