Konrad Dobrowolski

Konrad Dobrowolski is a Polish lawyer specializing in providing corporate and investment banking entities with complex legal support.

 Konrad worked for world’s most prominent law firms and largest banks, such as Clifford Chance, Dentons, Citibank and UniCredit (Bank Pekao).

 His experience covers drafting and opining on finance documents for various structures of financings under LMA standards, including syndicated financings, cross-border corporate finance, real estate finance, project finance, energy finance as well as regulatory banking, including  EMiR, MIFiD, UCITS, AIFM and other securities regulation under Polish or the European Union law.

 His education comprises Warsaw University, Poland (Master in Laws title and PhD candidature), Nova University, Lisbon, Portugal (exchange student and the European Committee scholarship holder), Warsaw School of Economics, Poland (Stock Exchange School, Investment Banking Academy) and Fredric G. Levin College of Law of University of Florida (School of American law diploma).
