Wladyslaw specialises in the field of broadly defined investments, in particular mergers, acquisitions and privatisation proceedings.
When advising clients - both those pursuing debts and those seeking protection from creditors - he conducts proceedings in cases involving debt collection and recovery, securing debts, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. He has successfully conducted cases concerning the implementation of infrastructure investments and related to financial instruments. He participated, among others, in the process of privatisation, transformation and merger of one of the most important steelworks for the Polish economy, or in the process of privatisation and acquisition of Polish shipyards.
He has many years of experience in court and administrative proceedings, resulting from conducting numerous complex cases on behalf of entrepreneurs operating in various sectors of the economy, industry and infrastructure.
