As Global Chief Commercial Officer, Tom Herring has been a driving force behind 3S Money’s growth since joining the leadership team in 2022 – an accomplished revenue leader with a track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping go-to-market strategy across global markets.
Since joining, Tom has helped steer the company’s international expansion. Under his leadership, revenue has grown 80%. He leads a team of 70 across the company’s seven global offices, with responsibility for the commercial and sales function. Most recently, he spearheaded the development of a new product tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals, addressing long standing gaps in how this segment is served by financial institutions.
With deep expertise across sales and marketing, Tom specialises in transforming commercial operations and accelerating business performance. Known for a data-driven mindset and a collaborative leadership style, he has spent his career guiding businesses through periods of fast paced growth. Tom joined 3S Money from CyberCube, a leading analytics company in the InsurTech space.
