Tatjana Lutinska is a Head of International Tax Planning and Business Structuring at Prime Consulting, Latvian based legal company, a partner of Rietumu, the largest privately owned bank in the Baltics for corporate customers and HNWI.
Since 2007 has been advising high net worth individuals and business clients in EU and CIS countries on issues of international tax planning, assets protection, business structuring. Have successfully implemented a variety of projects for holding, investment and trading purposes and secured a lot of long-term clients from Latvia, Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan. Assists in process of company formation and financial reporting in more than twenty different jurisdictions friendly to international business and capital. Advises on the issues of international banking, bank products, due-diligence procedure and bank compliance rules at EU including Latvia, and non-EU countries’ credit institutions.
In 2007 set up with Prime Consulting an accounting department rendering comprehensive accounting and financial reporting services for clients’ companies registered in a number of EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
Regularly conducts seminars and training for Rietumu and Prime Consulting staff on the issues of international tax and corporate legislation. Since 2011 publishes articles on tax planning for Latvian residents and Latvia as a launching ground for international businesses.
Prior to Prime Consulting, since 1999 had been working in corporate finances.
In 2002 got Master’s degree in Finance & Credit at the University of Latvia. In 2008 joined ACCA, UK.
