Shaukat Murad

Shaukat Murad is the founder and managing director of Alpha Management Limited, a corporate service provider based in DIFC Dubai and ADGM Abu Dhabi. He set up the company in 2007 in DIFC after relocating from London where he was founder and senior partner in a Chartered Accountancy practice since 1990. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978, he has since worked at Price Waterhouse in London and various Banks in Bermuda, Guernsey, Luxembourg and London. He has over 45 years of experience in the offshore industry.

Alpha Management Limited specialises in setting up companies, trusts and foundations throughout the UAE and offshore jurisdictions worldwide. The company also provides succession planning, estate planning, re-structuring services, accounting, tax consultancy and limited M&A services. In the UAE, the Company is extremely busy in setting up structures for clients wanting to re-locate to the UAE, obtain Golden Visas, start a business and implement an estate planning strategy.
