Sergey Chudinov

Conglomerate Group was established in 2011, by Sergey Chudinov, a young and motivated finance professional.

Sergey earned his BA in Law and then pursued further studies eventually completing his PhD in Economics. Conglomerate Group was established with an intent to support finance projects domestically and internationally. As business activities expanded and involved cross border transactions, Conglomerate Group established itself in Cyprus to support a client base locally and be able to assist Eastern Europe business circles with tailor made European solutions.

Dr. Chudinov has a wide range of experience in projects across Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovenia, Georgia, Romania, Serbia as well as in leading finance jurisdictions such as UAE, Cyprus and Malta. Assets managed on behalf of clients come from a variety of business activities including but not limited to bankig, logistics, investment and education.
