I am a qualified professional having rich industry experience of 10 years out of which core legal and corporate leading experience of more than 5 years. I started my legal career with being actively involved in various transaction including Acquisition, De-merger, Fund raising, Corporate and Term borrowing from Banks and Financial Institutions, Deal Structuring, and running the enhance due diligence on the various legs of the transactions. After obtaining requisite experience I am working with various HNIs and UHINs globally on structuring their International Business and Global portfolio of Wealth & Assets in the more meaningful manner and thereby making it more simple, effective and flexible for them to manage it in day to day affairs. I advise on ring fencing the Global Estate of the client from Legacy & tax planning perspective so that they can pass on their assets to their next of kin in the most holistic manner and without any legal hassle. I am also empaneled with DIFC as registered WILLs Draftsmen to advise on Inheritance planning.
