João Santos Pinto is the founding partner of CVSP Advogados, a portuguese law firm lauched in 2012 that handles mostly with international tax issues, golden visa, NHR and with a helping team that handles among other subjects, with corporate, real estate, and litigation. He has over 22 years’ experience as a Portuguese Lawyer.
With a law degree from the Lusiada University (Portugal), a postgraduate qualification in tax from ISG Higher Institute of Management (Portugal) and an LLM from Maastricht University (the Netherlands) in International and European Tax Law. He is also an arbitrator for international tax matters at the portuguese Administrative Arbitration Centre (CAAD).
João is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Portuguese Fiscal Association (AFP).
