Nikos Manomenidis is a senior real estate professional, Recognised European Valuer (REV), and educator with more than 25 years of experience in real estate brokerage, property valuation, professional standards, and international business development.
He is the Founder and Honorary President of EPPA – Hellenic Association of Certified Real Estate Experts, where he promotes professional competence, ethical conduct, continuing education, and stronger international cooperation across the real estate industry. His work focuses on raising professional standards and building trust among real estate professionals, investors, institutions, and the public—priorities that are central to EPPA’s institutional mission.
As a certified real estate appraiser registered with the Greek Ministry of Finance, Nikos specializes in Property Valuation (the systematic determination of a property’s value), investment analysis, and advisory services in accordance with European and international valuation standards. He is also an experienced REALTOR® and holds internationally recognized professional designations, including CRS, ABR, BPOR, AHWD, and PSA.
Throughout his career, he has supported property owners, investors, financial institutions, and real estate professionals in making informed and defensible decisions. His approach combines technical rigor with ethical leadership, practical market insight, and clear communication—particularly in complex negotiations and cross-border real estate transactions.
Nikos is a former President of the Central and Eastern European Real Estate Associations Network and has been actively involved in international professional organizations and initiatives connecting the Greek real estate market with Europe and the United States. As an educator and conference speaker, he translates complex valuation, investment, ethics, and regulatory issues into practical strategies that professionals can apply in real-world situations.
