Konstantinos Katsigiannis

Konstantinos (Constantine) E. Katsigiannis is Senior Partner of KM1886 – KatsigiannisMoschovakis1886, a Greek law and advisory firm founded in 1886, and President of the Canada–Greece Chamber of Commerce. With more than four decades advising corporations, investors, governments and institutions, he structures cross-border investments and strategic partnerships across Greece, Canada and international markets. His practice spans corporate law, M&A, infrastructure, energy, real estate and venture capital, and he has led major public and private sector projects across Greece. He has served on the boards of listed and private companies, and held seats on the Executive Committee of the European Venture Capital Association and the Board of SELPE, the Greek Large Retailers Association. An accredited Mediator of the Hellenic Ministry of Justice, he has represented foreign governments — including Canada and India — and institutions such as the Canadian Olympic & Paralympic Committees.
He lectures in postgraduate programmes and has published on venture capital and public procurement. He studied law at the University of Athens and the Sorbonne, with executive studies at the EVCA Venture Institute and CIArb. He is fluent in Greek, English, French and Italian, with working knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese. His current work is dedicated to bridging international capital and institutions with strategic opportunity across Greece and Southeast Europe.
